Training venues
The Orchard Trust Training and Development team have two dedicated training venues, situated in Central Lydbrook and Upper Lydbrook, which can accommodate between 8 to 16 delegates. We ensure that these venues are kept clean and meet our infection control protocols at all times.
The Lodge
Upper Stowfield, Lower Lydbrook, GB, GL17 9PD
The Lodge is situated in a peaceful woodland setting in Lower Lydbrook in the beautiful Forest of Dean. It is equipped with modern technology to include broadband and a large smart screen, plus a second smaller screen, thereby allowing for digital presentations to groups sitting in the room but also for a hybrid approach to training or meetings for those who wish to join in virtually.
The room will comfortably seat a maximum of 20 people in conference style or 12-16 around tables. Car parking is directly next door and free of charge. Hot and cold drinks, and biscuits, are provided at course break times.
Lydbrook
Lydbrook Training Suite, Valley Springs, Central Lydbrook, GB, GL17 9PP
The two adjacent rooms are purposefully equipped for Moving and Handling training to allow small groups of learners to move easily from one room to another in order to practice and demonstrate practical skills. The Smart screens and equipment are up to date, including wi-fi, and this is a cosy and comfortable place to learn. The space will accommodate a maximum of 8 people people sat around tables. Hot and cold drinks, and biscuits, are provided at course break times.
